LEE Solana Solar privacy policy

In short: LEE Solana Solar shows your own home solar system's data from your own energy hub. It has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we don't sell or share your data.
What the app is
LEE Solana Solar is the Android app for a LEE Solana Solar home energy hub. It shows live solar generation, battery, home consumption, backup port power and the grid, daily history, the inverter's readings and, for administrators, the hub's admin tools. Each phone must first be authorized by the hub's administrator, and then you sign in with an account the administrator created for you.
What the app sends and stores

Like any web service, our servers keep short technical logs (IP address, time and request) for security and troubleshooting. Google Firebase processes the installation data under Google's terms as our service provider.
What we don't do
- No advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No contacts, photos, location from the phone, health data or payment details.
- We don't sell, rent or share data with third parties for their own use.
Google Play review access
For Google Play's review, a reviewer login shows the app with data simulated on the phone itself. It doesn't connect to any hub and shows no real household's data.
Keeping and deleting data
- On the phone: signing out removes the session. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored, including its installation ID.
- Installation records: the administrator can revoke or delete this phone's authorization at any time; ask them, or use the contact form on the support page, to have its record deleted.
- Accounts: accounts are created and deleted by your hub's administrator, who can also end your sessions.
- Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Security
All connections use TLS encryption. Only installations authorized by the administrator receive the settings to reach the hub, and what each account can see or change is set by the administrator.
Children
The app isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children.
